Let's hope Inafune makes a spinoff to Mighty No. 9

Let's hope Inafune makes a spinoff to Mighty No. 9, like Megaman Legends was with Megaman.



Megaman Legends were such a fun series. Thanks to the money-loving Capcom, Megaman Legends 3 was canceled. If Inafune made a similar 3D run-around game for Mighty No. 9 that would be incredible.



What made the MML series so fun was the design of the areas, the freedom of what you wanted to do, the super-fun spelunking of the ruins? and the list goes on.



Wouldn't that be awesome if Keiji Inafune started something like that? *yes*

It certainly is possible, but I guess it depend on the success of MN9. I would like to see something that follow a darker plot like MMX.

Well it would be interesting if the MMX like Mighty No.9 spinoff was called Might No. Y or something like that.

It certainly is possible, but I guess it depend on the success of MN9.

This'll be the issue for sure going forward. They need to get the first game right (and a few subsequent ones) for them to build it up to deserving any sort of spin-off status.



I'm hoping MN9 becomes the next big thing but we'll need to see how it plays out on release. It's needs to be a commerical success.

The Misadventures of Call D sounds like it would be a pretty epic game. But if MN9 is going to be big, anything is possible. I suspect that we will get a few spin offs if the franchise is a hit.
