Sekai Seifuku Bouryaku no Zvezda.

Before watching it all i was expecting was mindless moe, but i was pleasantly surprised by the bizarre comedic nature of it. Props for originality and the premise of some episodes, such as the third one (Vs. smokers), which was superb.
