A quick way to play your favourite song as chiptune

I recently discovered this interesting little program while surfing the net:



 


This program can play any MIDI music file as chiptune, and it's fairly easy to use. Just drag and drop the MIDI file into the player, and it will do the rest. The result is far from perfect, but if you just want a quick way to listen to your favourite song as chiptune, it does the job.

Note that the song you want to play must be in MIDI format for this player to recognise it. VGMusic has lots of those.

That program looks familiar... :V I think I may have downloaded that a while back but if I did it's definitely long gone. I might just mess around with that, though I really should learn how to make VGMs for my Sonic hacks, and look into making 8-bit versions to add to the 8-bit Aspect Sonic games but I'm not much of a music hacker... :V
