Sweet I'm glad that she won, though it was quite obvious who was going to win. So many people were a fan of that design since the beginning. xP And out of the three left she was the best imo.

Okay, what bothers me now is some whining popping up in the board-- With accusations of the F design was already fixed to win, call for another vote off etc.

Somehow I think with these reactions, I get the inkling why Megaman fans are often accused of being self-entitled. :c

I voted for F too, but, I prepared and conditioned myself earlier in case E or H would win so I am ready to accept and open to any results at all.

Unfortunately I had a feeling that there would be people thinking that. I'll admit, at first I didn't want F to win because she looked too much like Roll, but after seeing the other two designs that made it to the final voting stage I thought F was the best design. After all some homage to Mega Man will be nice to see in MN9.

I'm starting to wonder if every vote will go this way... it's rather off-putting waiting for a votes results and suddenly people cry wolf. Makes me sick actually.

Funny you mention that you see Mega Man fans as self-entitled because I've recently been thinking that myself. Especially with the bitching going on over certain "issues".

There's even that topic titled "<a href='http://mightyno9.com/en/node/1523' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>Can we forget about Mega Man?</a>" which claims we're "stifling the creativity" of the game because people voted for Call F.

I don't know what to think any more really... I'm starting to think I'm going mad. :beckshocked

I think it's probably best for us who just wants to have peace and our Megaman-esque game to enjoy must indeed steer clear away more from the forums. It's already brimming with vinegar and it could get even more sour with extra dashes of e- dramas.

I've never had good experiences with Megaman fans in real life or online, but this is ridiculous. Looking at what the official forums used to be, it's almost like a dream.

It's amazing how a collective can ruin a good experience. I feel sorry for those of us who just want a good game to come out of our hard-earned backing.

You know how media outlets are picturing the community as a bunch of idiots? Maybe that wasn't quite true at first, but it seems like we're just DYING to prove them right. All we want is a good game but we just have to bite each other over everything.
