There is offensive language, but the fact that it transpired, only means 8-4 LTD. has a Kickstarter insider. I took some time out. The double standard is too much. If you look even before Quattro and SexiBurritoBoi posted today, there was even worse offensive language and actual Links to NSFW. I want out now.

I wouldn't say it's decisive evidence that someone inside Kickstarter is plotting with 8-4/Dina or something but it's weird that only his comments were removed, when you look at what other people are saying. At the same time, I don't see anything all that anti-Dina/8-4 or whoever is the villain mastermind of the week which provoked said special treatment.



But then again, I don't keep up with Kickstarter comments or anything, so chances are I'm missing something.

Oh, you mean being offensive to others? I agree. Even here. I am just paralyzed at the situation. The only thing that is keeping me going is my family.



We are creating a git repo soon for the Grievances FAQ every is doing:

But we will do it the ACID way. I personally would have loved a SQL-like DB for this, but it won't prevent sabotage. Sigh. I need to continue this later. This is too much for 1 day.



BTW, you all know they are banning IP addresses now @mightyno9.com? Someone made a thread about it in the forums. It's sad no one is taking up on it:

Those still here, a mass banning just hit the official forums. I'm one of them, and we have at least 10 users banned right now.

jamus was banned for no given reason

flame was banned for calling dina out on her crap logic while not attacking her outright

forte was banned for saying goodbye

I got banned for trying to reach out to comcept



oh and get this, apparently it takes a WEEK to decide if a user needs to be banned or not, and there is no warning system in place

also the banned email is generic as all hell and contains NOTHING that would show your posts that gained infractions

Ok ArachnidPan, please post your public testimony. Include as much evidence as you can: all your sent email (w/ full  headers/source), SMTP 250 error code (that it was sent, if you have access to your mail exchange server), your banned email, the source code of the banned message @MN9, etc..



I will ask a friend to post, if Raiiban does it first.

I've sent Raiiban a screenshot of the emails I've sent to Comcept and DDM regarding bans. He's posting it on the forums now I believe. If he does, You can see that I stated I don't care about the ban being revoked, I'd just like to see what my infractions were that were from "over the holidays". I asked him to screenshot what I said in a Steam chat but he made the point that it wouldn't be good enough evidence, so, I supplied my email correspondence. Whether she responds or not is on her. She's never once directly addressed anything I've posted on the forums so I'm not exactly holding my breath.

I understand. But please post your public testimony here as proof you did said so. Since only few people here have access to this phpBB forum, I can assure you it will not be removed, unless there's illicit content. For that, you make a warning like this:

We have to make it transparent that you made it clear you want your ban justification public. So posting it here, on a third party forum/site, will give you some warranty that it will not be tampered.



Once you make it, my friend will post it on the current thread Dinad replied. He will also check if it has been tampered with as well.
