@mightyno67277p

As I prefer not to give ammunition to the admins if they decide to ban me from the MN9 forums someday (and judging by the KS comments Dina is using that rule to cover screencaps, being it within the rules or not), I decided to delete the screencap.

But if you wanna see the comment about strikes and warnings, Dina said it at the end of the first page on this thread: http://mightyno9.com/en/node/1725

if an investigation were to take place that rule can be considered an obstruction of justice

I meant as took out the link. But since there's also the "reprodution of forum content" rule, I certainly don't wanna keep any of this archived on my pc; I may still have some screencaps on my pc in some folder that I forgot to delete  though, so if an investigation does indeed happen you can count with me to help to try and find them.

You are misinterpreting the context of the rule.

The rule was made to prevent someone or a company from impersonating (a form of slander) the company. That is why the English rules follow the same format:
Quote from: Mighty No. 0 administrator?Submissions to conduct identity fraud or similar impersonations

?Reproduction, duplication, amendment, addition, changing or secondary use of the content of this forum

?All conduct potentially bringing disadvantage to our company or the management of our company
<!-- m --><a href='http://mightyno9.com/en/node/64' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>http://mightyno9.com/en/node/64</a><!-- m -->

Notice how that rule is in between rules about the company, not users. In Japanese it makes sense, since the rules are listed in order, and link to each other. It does not encompass users of the site to screencap posts, copy and paste them, in or our of the site, talks about issues, etc..

And crude example in English is this:

The following actions are not allowed in the playground:

? Trying to impersonate others, or using their toys.

? Reproducing, repeating, changing, adding, and misusing this playground

? Doing anything  that makes this playground unsafe and for operators of the park.

Trying to find a more simple example using English.

Also, note, your posting a a fictional story, by posting right here. The CM cannot legally condemn for posting evidence of a fictional story here. That is the reason she is avoiding this place.

Have no fear here. Just abide by the rules:

<!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="http://mightyno9universe.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2">viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2</a><!-- l -->

And recall, we are not attacking anyone, we are showing the incompetence of a CM, and why they should be removed from the position.

Sorry it took awhile. I have a busy life as it is.

My friend tired. It failed:

You did your best. I appreciate it. I don't expect to receive a response any time soon or probably ever. She lacks the professionalism to do that.

I forwarded the message to the friend. He says:

Quote from: Secret FriendNeither do I. I know for a fact they are not responding any emails, since I have yet to see any SMTP requests from the server out that are different form all the 'banned emails.'

It's saddening that they are repeating bad history. Why will the kids never learn. Heck, I even offered web development help for free. No response yet. Sigh.

It's just that regardless of being in the rules or not, Dina is punishing people for that, so I want to avoid it if possible. In case I happen to screencap something that may help our case and has been deleted or edited before someone could do so, I would gladly risk being punished for making it known... I just don't think that posting something that's there for everyone with forum access to see  is worth the chance of being punished.

I know, which why said:
Quote from: mightyno67277pAh, so she is now misinterpreting the rules. How interesting. Even I could tell they were talking about the Forum software and IMPERSONATE as them.

In here you are safe to post what you like, as long as you stick to our rules. Also, if you are afraid. Then create another account, and post as another person, like I am doing.

Even then, she has no legal right to ban you for posting on this wonderful fictional story, even if it resembles something in real life.

Also, didn't you post just something that is public, the Kickstater comments? Should it even matter?

But if you are too afraid, I understand. I will not pressure you into doing something you do not want to do.

Seriously what did you just say? I do not understand >breve text.

Simple English is fine. Thank you in advance.

TheRaven

xD That image is epic just saying. But yeah I'm a bit confused myself, mind telling us what you mean by that? :V Are you implying that if someone is banned they should make another account on the official forums? If that's the case, you can't do that since it's not a public forum that anyone can join. You got a specific Mighty No. assigned if you are a "Becker".

Don't worry. If you don't want to post them yourself, any of us here can help you. Except for this comedian maybe:

What the hell is this? If this is a joke it's not a good one.

TheRaven

Um yeah I didn't even notice that... Play nice DunnoBro, calling someone Dina is pretty much an insult. :\ (And yeah if it was a joke... it wasn't funny at all. Please don't insult other members.)
