But Dina posted something about a system of warnings and strikes, that works like this: warnings are given when you clearly break the rules, strikes are lighter than warnings and are given in some other fashion but users aren't warned about them. So my guess is that they gave you "strikes" for some random reason until they banned you, you guys should try inquiring about that on the emails.

What troubles me, is that in not one of the emails sent, the actual infraction for the ban is ever cited, and why it conflicts with the rules, so that the users can learn from it, and when they come back, they do not repeat it. If not, you are only instilling vengeance.

Here is the issue, According to the CM, the users are responsible to look for the their strike/warning given to them on a EDITED post to reply, and prevent it from happening, with no email sent as confirmation or direct contact. All the people that were banned, were not given given strikes or warning via email. They were just  banned

Well it's all thanks to some extremely well done software that has been free and open source for quite a while:

It seems the System Administrator @ comcept needs to relearn how to actually serve a web forum and site.



PS They still do not have HTTPS. They are awaiting to a massive leak to happen, and soon.

EDIT: Looking at TheCloudyEye's post, I think is better that I delete the screencap as Dina seems to be giving strikes for them (not a ban, but still, better avoid them).

Ah, so she is now misinterpreting the rules. How interesting. Even I could tell they were talking about the Forum software and IMPERSONATE as them. That rule in Japanese is talking about impersonation or slander of the company itself, not individual snapshots:

Yeah I saw. It's mental. And Pontata kept pushing racism, when it wasn't there. I think my friend posted a similar post for his friend about this being Communist Russia, since now they are preventing future crime, for laws not yet announced.
