Okay I'm dying to get some advice here on what's a good program to make animated movie/anime gifs with?  With high quality and low space space usage.  i heard animated PNG is the best, but not all browsers support it.  



I know how to make MANUAL animated gifs with Photoshop CS6, Realworld Paint, etc. but I'm no good at making them from movie clips or anime clips.  



I had heard about Virtual Dub..it's the only one I haven't tried yet.  I heard the quality isn't high so I didn't try.

Yeah unfortunately Raven likes ponies, but I think they did that on purpose seeing how Tara Strong voices a character in My Little Pony. xD
