JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is an ongoing manga (started in 1987), which recently got an anime adaptation. I highly recommend it, it's an obscure shonen series which has always had a hard time getting an English release due to many characters' names being music references. So far only the first three parts: Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, and Stardust Crusaders (the latter you may be familiar with due to the Capcom arcade gane) have been adapted into an anime.

The anime is very good, but part 3 has been confirmed to run for at least 48 episodes, so I don't know what effect it will have on its pacing.

I liked Phantom Blood and loved Battle Tendency, but Jotaro's storyline isn't interesting me at all.
